Streets in Lhasa see fewer mobile vendors since free stalls have been provided for designated distributions, Chinatibetnews.com reported.
Before the Spring Festival and the Tibetan New Year, you can always see some vendors selling dry fruit in Lhasa.
However, after continuous administrative laws were enforced by the local government, some 20 handcarts are now put in order by the road, vendors are serving customers with open arms.
Bai Ma Lamu, a law-executor from the second team of the Municipal Administration Bureau of Lhasa said:"The Bureau has not only provided stalls for vendors in Lhasa's busy shopping areas but also set up free stalls in various parts of the city, including the rurbania, eastern, western and northern suburbs."
