The 5-day "2010 Hunan Cate in Tibet Festival" concluded on May 15 in Lhasa, capital of the Tibet Autonomous Region.
During the festival, activities such as "Surveying raw materials in Tibet" and "Displaying food from Tibet and Hunan Province" had been launched. And catering enterprises from Tibet and Hunan developed some new dishes involving materials from both Tibet and Hunan.
To boost the local catering industry, the Hotel and Restaurant Association of the Tibet Autonomous Region will invite catering enterprises from other inland areas for further exchange.
