Tibetan food prepared for Shanghai Expo

"The Chinese Food Street is to start business on April 20 and our Tibetan food of new elements will treat customers for the 1st time. After one-week trial operation, we will ajust some. Then we can welcome the opening of Shanghai Expo officially," said He Shunfu, general manager of Tibet Xueyu Chuangyuan Food Company.

According to him, his company has invested more than 100,000 yuan for the business and at least 3 million yuan as working capital will be prepared during the Expo. He hopes Tibetan food and its culture go to the world.
