The newly-set institute owns 26 experts, 13 research pioneers and 81 GCP-certificated researchers.
10 research branches are set in the institute making range on clinic, crude drug, medicine plant, chemistry, pharmacology, medicine application, medicine literature, astronomy and other aspects.
The establishment of research institute is expected to promote the modern research and academic exchange of Tibetan medicine.
