Endangered Tibetan medicine successfully cultivated

Recently, the subject on protecting and standardized planting of podophyllum has been passed by Tibet Science & Technology Bureau after review, inquiry and discussion.

This subject has cultivated 100-mu Sinopodophyllum emodi, a kind of endangered Tibetan herbal medicine which can meet the requirements of Tibetan medicine production with 1.15% podophyllotoxin.

1 acre equals about 15 mu.
