Life in home for senior Tibetans

Photo taken on March 16, 2010, shows Tsehe, a 68-year-old Tibetan woman, going out for sunshine from the Home for the Aged of the Kecai Township, Xiahe County, Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, northwest China's Gansu Province. In recent years, the prefectural government has built many homes for senior citizens in pastoral areas like Xiahe County. There, the aged residents spend their late years under good care. Workers are employed to cook and do cleaning for them, so they can worship or turn prayer wheels in monasteries nearby. (Xinhua Photo)
