Ena Von Baer (L Back), minister and secretary general of the goverment of Chile, meets with members of a delegation of Chinese specialists in Tibetan studies, in Santiago, capital of Chile, Aug. 17, 2010. The visit of the Chinese delegation was aimed at introducing Tibetan history and religion, and promoting mutual understanding between the two countries and peoples. (Xinhua/Luan Xiang)
