As winter comes, life in Lhasa is slowing down. While more and more pilgrims fromthe Tibet Autonomous Region as well as other provinces rush into Lhasa for their annual pilgrimage, local people enjoy their leisure in their own  way.

On weekend, the Dzongyab Lukhang Park located to the north of the Potala Palace is one of the most popular places for local people to relax

Parents with their children and the elderly accompanied by their pets casually sunbathe around the lake where flocks of wild ducks, ruddy shelducks and bar-headed geese, etc. were roaming around.
