Affordable homes for local people in Nyingchi, China's Tibet

Photo taken on July 1, 2011 shows houses scattering on a vast grassland in Kangzha village of Nyingchi, southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region. A total of over 2.6 billion RMB Yuan (394 million U.S. dollars) has been invested in providing 24,628 affordable homes for local people in Nyingchi by the ened of 2010, making locals' per capita living space increase from 12.3 square meters to 37 square meters.
