In recent years, He Desheng from northwest China's Gansu Province is devoted to social welfare activities enthusiastically in Gongkar County, Lhoka Prefecture, southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region (TAR).

He donated a tractor to the local needy people and provided long-term free maintenance service.

In 2003, He Desheng opened an agricultural machinery part store in Gongkar County, Lhoka of TAR.

Thanks to his excellent skills, he managed to run an agricultural machinery maintenance store to provide repair service for local farmers and facilitate their farming activities.
