Snow leopards captured by amateur photographer in Yushu.
Ma Shengtang, an amateur photographer from Qinghai, took snapshots of snow leopards successfully with his Wide-field Infrared Camera in Zhiduo County in Yushu, Qinghai province.
The Snow leopard is an endangered catamount that has been listed as a first-class nationally-protected animal. They always live near snow line at an altitude of 2,700 meters to 6,000 meters. They can run quickly on the steep cliffs and they are also known as "Divinity on snow mountains."
