Currently, the Development and Reform Commission of Tibet Autonomous Region (TAR) and TAR Meteorology Bureau made "The Scheme of Tibet Autonomous Region agaist Climate Change".
The plan puts forward five measures for adjusting for climate change. For example, it explicates the main task for reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
