Great changes taken place at first village of Democratic Reform

Farmers of Kesong Village learn about its past from People's Daily, Oct. 17, photo from Tibet Daily.

Kesong Village, the first village of Lhoka Prefecture set up after the Democratic Reform in Tibet Autonomous Region(TAR), received newspapers from the People's Daily, which reflected great changes the village underwent from 1950s till now.

The TAR Branch of People's Daily has kept all its reporting about the village as historical record as well as patriotic education for the local people.
