To promote timely first aid for babies and ensure the safety of mothers and babies, the "green channel" has recently been opened in Lhasa, capital city of Tibet Autonomous Region (TAR).
From now on, all medical expenses can be reimbursed for rural babies (under one year old) who are given treatment or hospitalized in public medical institutions at all levels.
