To make easier for locals and tourists to go sightseeing, Lhasa Public Transport Corporation opened double-deck sightseeing buses in Lhasa, capital city of southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region (TAR).
The sightseeing Bus 89, which charges only 1 yuan during the whole trip, runs every 30 minutes with the earliest schedule beginning at 7 a.m. from the Lhasa Railway Station to Tibet University.
The sightseeing buses are decorated in Tibetan style.
Conductors will announce the stops to passengers in both Tibetan and Chinese when buses arrive at each stop.
