Reconstruction of Sichuan-Tibet highway proceeds to last stage

The sodiers of the 4th Armed Police and Transportation Detachment are reparing the Sichuan-Tibet highway

The sodiers of the 4th Armed Police and Transportation Detachment are reparing the Sichuan-Tibet highway Aug. 8, 2010, photo from Xinhua.

The 4th Armed Police and Transportation Detachment sped up the last stage of reconstruting the Bome section of the Sichuan-Tibet highway.

The Bome section has been broken for 14 days and the transportation is expected to be reopened in about a week .
