China's top Tibetan website changes face

The Chinese version of China Tibet Information Center website www.tibet.cn has been officially upgraded today, and the logo of the website has also been changed.

Opened in 2000 under the jurisdiction of the China Tibet Information Center, the website has been listed as one of the key national news websites in China.

Over the past ten years, the website has offered readers home and abroad a full picture of southwestern China's Tibet Autonomous Region (TAR) through its channels of news, culture, society, history, religion and so on in Chinese, English and Tibetan versions.

In the future, the website will provide its readers with more abundant information about TAR and Tibetan-inhabited areas in China by improving its efficiency in news issuance and enhancing its interaction with its readers.

The new English and Tibetan versions of the website will be presented within this year.
