With 7-year's effort, a musical collection of Tibetan classical favourites Nangma and Duixie was issued on September 14 by two Tibetan musicians.
The collection, titled "Euphony", embodies 47 best-known popular folk songs in form of Nangma and Duixie in Lhasa and Xigaze Prefecture.
Started in 2003, the Tibetan musicians Wangdu and Zhala aims to promote the art of Tibetan music by transforming it into something feasible and tangible.
About 2,000 volumes are going to be available in Lhasa.
Nangma belongs to Tibetan royal music while Duixie is a kind of popular folk songs in the vicinity of Lhasa, which is adapted by Lhasa residents when being introduced from Lhatse and Tingri.
