Photo from Xinhua shows the armed policemen are rescuing the rolled over fuel tanker.
A fuel tanker carrying 15 ton petrol rolled over on the Qinghai-Tibet Highway around 80 km far from Lhasa on Sep 9th. The armed policemen and soldiers had been sent for rescue and traffic command. Up to now, there is no gas leaking and no casualty reported.
