On March 10, journalists from China Tibet Information Center (CTIC) visited Rongbo Monastery with an altitude of 5,145 meters in the Tibet Autonomous Region. As the temple with the highest altitude in the world, the Rongbo Monastery was built in the 8th Century AD to spread the Nyingma Sect of Tibetan Buddhism.
