The first Tibetan digital periodical reading platform of China was launched in Chengdu, capital city of southwest China’s Sichuan Province, on Sept. 5.
The client side of the platform includes an Android app and an IOS app, a web and a desktop version will also be launched soon.
Tsechen Drolkar, the program manager of the platform, said, "The platform was built to facilitate readers in Tibetan-inhabited areas to read more easily and efficiently online."
