Tibet invites outside enterprises to join job fair

Tibet invited enterprises outside of its region to join a job fair aiming at promoting Tibetan college graduates' employment for the first time on Dec.18, 2011.

A total number of 101 enterprises with 1,849 job openings from Guangdong province, Fujian province, Zhejiang province, Shandong province, Jiangsu province, and etc., were invited. It is the first time that Tibet has outside enterprises to participate in a job fair for college graduates, according to Yao Ruifeng, head of Human Resources and the Social Security Department of Tibet Autonomous Region.

At the same time, altogether of 109 enterprises of central enterprises, state-owned enterprises and private enterprises in Tibet have provided college gradates there with 1,837 job openings.

Tseyang, a graduate from a junior college in Yunnan said, "Tibet offers college graduates better treatment with more preferential policies, so I decided to come back to Tibet to land a job after graduation."
