Hues of sutra streamers on the plateau


Photo from CRI shows colorful sutra streamers are tied up on a mountain ridge in Tibet. Besides Mani stone and prayer wheels, tying up sutra streamers is one of the local customs for worshipping, which can be seen on mountain peaks and passes, in front of Tibetan monasteries or nearby rivers and lakes.
