Twelve scenic spots in southwest China's Tibet are voted as most favorite places of tourist attractions, according to the public voting for "My favorite hotels, scenic spots in Tibet" launched officially in Jan. 2011.
The result was obtained based on altogether 8,187,498 votes collected from online voting and through text messages.
The best voted sites are as follows: Yarlung Zangbo Canyon, Lhamoi Lhatso, Mt.Kangrinboqe, Mt. Qomolangma, the Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, Norbulingka, Yumbu Lhakhang Palace, Kading Valley, ancient Yanjing (Quzeka hot spring, Tibet's only Catholic church), Namtso, and Gyirong Valley.
