The delegation of Chinese Tibetologists delivered a speech for the students and teachers of the University of Science and Technology in Tallinn, capital of the country. The speech introduced Tibet's development in recent years, national policy about Chinese minority nationalities and China's human right situation.
Hao Shiyuan, head of the delegation and vice secretary of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences explained the purpose of this visit is to convey the true picture of today's Tibet Autonomous Region and exchange ideas about multinational state construction.
The delegation of Chinese Tibetologists organized by the State Council Information Office arrived in Estonia on April, 3 and met the officials from the foreign ministry the next day. On 5th, Aprial, the delegation will head to Tartu, the second largest city of Estonia.
