Military attaches from 37 countries will begin visits to the Tibet autonomous region and Guizhou province on Sunday, organized by the Ministry of National Defense.
They are scheduled to hear reports on the military's support for the local economy as well as visit local families and attractions.
The visits are aimed to help the military attaches better understand Tibet and Guizhou, deepen exchanges between the military attaches and Chinese soldiers, and promote friendship between China's army and foreign armies.
