A heavy snow hit Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Qinghai Province on May 14 and the temperature dipped to -8 degrees.  In order to ensure the traffic safety, staff of Gannan Highway Company went to the streets to clear snow and spread anti-slip materials.
