Located in Nedong County of Lhoka Prefecture, Yumbu Lhakhang Palace, which means "palace in doe's hinder leg", is the first palace in Tibet Autonomous Regin, southwestern China. It was firstly built at the beginning of the 2nd century B.C. and is entitled as "1st palace in Tibet". It is known for once been the summer palace for Songtsan Gambo and Princess Wencheng.
