Jiuzhaigou scenic spot will have peak season pricing from April 1st through November 15th, with the ticket price rising from 40 yuan/person to 110 yuan/person, while sightseeing bus tickets are still at 90 yuan/person, according to the Management Bureau of Jiuzhaigou Scenic District.
On March 8th, parts of the post-quake Jiuzhaigou district opened for the first time to tour groups, which will remain open until March 7th, 2019. In April, the wild peach flowers start to blossom, attracting more tourists. According to real-time ticket sales from Aba Tourism Online, tickets for visiting Jiuzhaigou from April 1st through 11th are already sold out, reaching the daily capacity of 2000 visitors/day.
Currently, related facilities in Jiuzhaigou are being refined. The Tourism Development Bureau of Jiuzhaigou said there's now 29 hotels and family inns meeting operating standards in the district. Starting from April 11th, Sichuan Airlines' flights will resume the airline between Chengdu and Jiuzhaigou, with a flight time of one hour.
