Dharma Festival begins in Tibet

Competitors try their best at the first round of horse racing. The Dharma Festival begins in Gyangtze, Tibet autonomous region on Aug 18, 2011. Horse racing, yak racing, tug-of-war and bonfire party are part of the one-week festival, which has a history of over 600 years and was listed as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage.[Photo/Xinhua]
