This year marks the 60th anniversary of the peaceful liberation of Tibet. To celebrate the achievements the autonomous region has made, CRI news center releases a series of photographs depicting the region's rich natural, cultural and religious resources.
The first part of the series is fully packed with pictures of Tibet's landmark structure—Potala Palace. The photos taken by three photographers, who are each connected with Tibet in their own way, capture the centuries-old world heritage in different moods and weather conditions. [Photo/CRI]
