Lhasa, capital of Tibet, is decorated with blooming flowers. The whole city is immersed in a happy and harmonious atmosphere in celebrating the 60th anniversary of Tibet's peaceful liberation and the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC).
