"I feel no regret about my life", said Lu Zongzhi, a veteran cadre having spent half of his life in aiding Tibet when reporter asked him to evaluate his entire life at a tea party held to celebrate the 2012 Tibetan Water-Dragon New Year Festival Monday.
"Years ago, I devoted my youth and all my life in Tibet; now my kids are doing the same job, but I feel no regret. On the approaching of this New Year, I wish Tibet could develop fast enough to make itself a well-off region and its people live a better life," said Lu at the tea party.
