Some foreign travel agents claimed that China planned to close Tibet to foreign travelers during a sensitive period starting in February.

However, two young fashionable foreigners in a Tibetan costume shop on Barkhor Street, oldest street in Lhasa, capital city of China's southwest Tibet Autonomous Region have drawn reporter's attention. They traveled to Tibet during the lunar Tibetan New Year and sent their best regards from the roof of the world.

They are a Spanish couple with their Chinese name "Liujie" and "Lanxi". Have been studies in Beijing Jiaotong University for five months,Liujie and Lanxi, with one of their friends traveled to their dream land "Tibet" during the winter school holiday.

"Different from the other places in China where we have been, like Luoyang or Xi'an, Tibet is unique with pure blue skies and friendly local people," said by Liujie.

Finally at the interview, they sent their blessing to Tibet in quite fluent Chinese "Happy Tibetan New Year".
