Walking into a tranquil village in Tibet

In Tibet, surprises are everywhere. You will probably be impressed and amzed by a small village rarely visited and hidden among mountains and trees. The set of photos here below may give you a feeling of inner tranquility, different from that you feel in Buddhist monasteries.

The photographer Mr. Jiang Wanchuan is an aid-Tibet cadre from the municipality of Chongqing. Aid-Tibet programme designed by the Chinese central government and carried out by inland provinces and central governmental units and organs is a hands-joining undertaking dedicated to helping with the economic and social development of Tibet.
