Wildlife photographer uses images to protect nature

Xi Zhinong, a Chinese wildlife photographer and environmentalist, is the first one to photograph the rare Yunnan Snubnosed Monkey clearly, and has successfully protected one of their habitats. He reported the poaching and crisis of Tibetan antelopes for the first time, which greatly promoted the domestic and foreign people's concern about the ecology of Yangtze River source area and protection of Tibetan antelopes. During 28 years, he has gone far away from cities to protect nature with the camera in his hands.

"To protect nature with images" is Xi's faith. What he wants to do most is to record the nature with lens.

"Only when more people see and know those animals, there will be more people to protect them", said him.
