"Xuan Dance" is a traditional Tibetan folk dance mixed with narrating, singing and dancing, inherited from the ancient Guge Kingdom thousands of years ago.

The dance is a mixture of various major art forms in Tibet such as Tibetan Opera, Tibetan dance, singing and narration.

This state-level intangible cultural heritage widely ranges from Tibetan religion, rites, customs to festival celebrations in contents.

This ancient dancing art form is regaining its vigor as local Tibetans have lived a moderately comfortable life.
