CAPDTC hosts New Year reception
China Association for Preservation and Development of Tibetan Culture (CAPDTC) hosted a reception for its council members dedicated to the upcoming Spring Festival and Tibetan New Year of Iron Rabbit on Jan. 18 in Beijing.
