A 3.4-magnitude quake shook Nyalam County in Shigatse City, southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region at 10:15 a.m. Wednesday, according to the China Earthquake Networks Center.
The epicenter of the quake was monitored at 28.4 degrees north latitude and 85.9 degrees east longitude, and the focus of the quake was 9 kilometers deep.
