Photo taken on September 7th , 2013 shows the world's highest wind farm in Naqu Prefecture of southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region. Located in Tibet's Naqu Prefecture which is about 4,900 meters above sea level, the wind farm covers an area of 312 mu and is the highest wind farm in the world. It is reported that Longyuan Power, the major wind farm developer, plans to install 33 wind turbines on the farm.
