Tasty, fancy Tibetan food

Traditional Tibetan food, like yak meat, dairy products and Zanba (a kind of roasted highland barley flour), has left a deep impression on people. However, Tibetan food can be made into various fancy and tasty dishes. The creative Tibetan food of a Tibetan restaurant can overthrow the usual impression of Tibetan food.
