Over 100 staff members from Tibet Tibetan Medicine Factory took part in voluntary blood donation to show tender feelings and greet the Spring Festival in southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region on Jan. 13, 2012.

Entering cold winter, Tibet eyed the decreasing volume of donated blood across the region with some areas to have blood shortages for operations.

The Spring Festival, a traditional Chinese festival is expected to fall on Jan. 23 this year.
