Travel tips: What to bring when traveling Tibet |

Tibet offers real good adventure oppurtunites for all those who try to explore the lesser known places in the world. Just like the cold desert of India, Tibet is full of excellent trekking areas, such as the Medog County, which also provide the explorers a chance to sightsee tha Buddhist monasteries and get a glimpse inside the Tibetan culture.
Here below is a trekking check list which could be helpful for you when planing a visit to Tibet Autonomous Region. But if your tour is just a conventional one, some of the trekking equipment listed below is not necessary.
