"Han Hong charity action" is a commonweal team initiated by the Tibetan singer Han Hong three years ago. With a simple desire to help those who need help, the team has just started a new charity action to aid Tibet, the one on the largest-scale ever since its establishment.

On the occasion of the 60th anniversary of Tibet's peaceful liberation, it is of remarkable significance and value for the Tibet-aid team with a hundred of volunteers to start off a new charity action in Tibet.

The team made footsteps to disaster-stricken areas including Wenchuan County of Sichuan Province, Yushu of Qinghai Province, Zhouqu of Gansu Province, Yingjiang of Yunan Province, etc.

They also visited and subsidized children with physical disabilities and cerebral palsy in various cities such as Beijing, Nanning, Chengdu, etc. Moreover, they conveyed greetings to the elderly people at gerocomiums for successive 3 years.

During the past three years, the team has raised money and materials for a total of 11 million  yuan, which have benefited people up to 100,000. Such a team has not only won the support of domestic media and social circles but also become a well-known commonweal brand trusted by the common people.
