The "Han Hong Charity Journey to Tibet" arrived at its last stop - Lhasa at 6:30 Wednesday. The "love motorcade" set off from Chamdo, Han Hong's home town, and came to Lhasa through Baxoi county, Bome county and other places. The whole journey covers 1100 kilometers.

In the last ten days, Han Hong's team provided free medical consultation and surgeries and donated medicines in eight counties. They also helped to establish the "health houses" in local places and offered donations to orphanages and welfare houses.

After a night of rest, the team members came to an orphanage in Tibet, where Han Hong donated 300,000 yuan representing her friend Zhao Wei, a top Chinese actress. Later, they went to Tibet Special Education School and printed colorful fingerprints on the canvas together with the children. "I hope their lives will be as colorful as normal people", said Han Hong.

"Han Hong charity action" is a commonweal team initiated by famous Chinese Tibetan singer Han Hong with a simple desire to help those who need help in her hometown, southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region. The charity action gathered over 100 kindhearted volunteers for the nearly-one-month trip on the highland area. The endowment worth up to eight million Yuan ranges from medical service to education.
