A delegation of Chinese specialists in Tibetan studies held a seminar with the local Chinese community and overseas Chinese students in Madrid, capital of Spain, Nov. 15.
The seminar was an important part of the "2010 China Tibetan Culture" activities being held in Spain.
At the seminar, the two sides conducted a candid and in-depth exchange of views on Tibet's modernization development and the protection of traditional Tibetan culture.
